Human dignity

Human dignity is inviolable. It must be respected and protected and constitutes the true basis of fundamental rights.

Liberty

Economic freedom gives citizens the right to decide, for there is no greater slave in a society than the one caused by money. Money belongs to everyone equally, since its purpose is none other than to express the value of people's work. With economic freedom, people obtain: Individual freedoms, such as respect for private life, freedom of thought, religion, assembly, expression and information, which are protected by the UN Charter of Fundamental Human Rights.

Democracy

The functioning of the BCA is based on representative democracy. Being a member of the Auricoin Community also means having political rights. All adult citizens of the Auricoin community have the right to run for the High Executive positions. The members of the Auricoin Community have the right to aspire to a position in the Auricoin banks.

Equality

Equality means that all citizens have equal rights. The principle of equality between men and women underpins all BCA policies and is the basis for the integration of our Community. It is applied in all areas.

Rule of Law

The BCA is based on the rule of law. The treaties, voluntarily and democratically agreed by the member banks, govern all its activities. Law and economic justice are always defended. The banks of the member countries have conferred on the Compliance Unit Department the competence to pronounce definitively and all must respect their sentences.

Human rights

The White Paper expresses the Fundamental Rights of the BCA, protects economic rights, including the right not to suffer economic discrimination, based on sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion or convictions, disability, age or sexual orientation, the right to protection of personal data, and the right of access to Auricoin money.

These objectives and values form the basis of the BCA and are set out in the White Paper, the management under Corporate Governance, Internal Rules of Conduct, Board of Directors Regulations, Audit and Compliance Regulations and the Charter of Fundamental Human Rights subscribed to by all countries of the world and enshrined in the UN.

In 2021, the Auricoin money was officially presented to the Members of the Nobel Prize in Economics, seeking academic recognition for its contribution to the advancement of balanced and sustainable Economic and Social Development, which will contribute to peace, reconciliation, democracy and human rights.
